Refund Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping All Things Slingshot, Com If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Returns and Refund Policy.


You have Thirty (30) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as that you received it and in the original packaging. Your item must have your order number accompanied with it and your packing slip with proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on returns are nonrefundable.
Special circumstances may apply for a return. Please contact All Things Slingshot. Com  for additional information.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
To return a product purchased from All Things Slingshot. Com, simply call or email us for an RMA number. At our discretion we may ask that you ship the package back to us within 15 days of receipt of the RMA number, or that you ship the product back to the manufacturer using our RMA number and address provided.
Used items cannot be refunded but can be returned for warranty work if eligible.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect the item and notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be informed of the status of your refund at that time.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original order payment method at that time. ( Restocking fees below apply )
You will receive a refund within approximately 24-48 hours or up to 4 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Lost Packages
If the package is lost because the customer entered an incorrect Shipping address at time of purchase; they are liable for the order amount.
Damages will assume responsibility for any damages to products received from shipping, please contact immediately upon receipt of damaged product and do not throw packaging materials and damaged goods away. This will allow us to file a claim with the carrier and provide you with a replacement product. does NOT assume responsibility and is not liable for any product lost or stolen during shipping or delivery. If your product was not delivered, lost, or stolen please contact your carrier immediately.

**Please be aware that many manufacturers consider mounted/installed product to be in immediate violation of their warranty/claim policies.  Always carefully and thoroughly inspect all items received for damage prior to installation.  Once installed, you may be unable to file a warranty claim**

 Custom , MADE TO ORDER ITEMS  are products that are notated with the "Made To Order Item " on the product page, as the Purchaser , you acknowledge , due to the nature and customization of all Custom , Made To Order products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Unless, there is physical damage to the product due to the nature of the shipping environment there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED. If for any reason a product may arrive damaged or destroyed the customer MUST return the product to our facility no later than 10 days after receiving the product, to receive an EXCHANGE ONLY! If you may have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Restocking Fee
All Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. You will be notified of this fee at the time your refund is approved. No restocking fee will apply to those items which are found to have been defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship, or due to improper fullfillment by us of the order.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Nor can we be held responsible for any loss or theft of your initial purchase delivery once we are assigned a tracking number. The courier companies warrant delivery of the item direct to the purchaser once they take possession of an item and assign it a tracking number. any claim of loss or theft on behalf of the courier companies must be filed direct with them.

All parts sold by are for closed course competition race use only and may not be used on public roads or highways. Installation of these modifications are at the customers own risk. In the unlikely event that property, persons, vehicles, etcetera, are damaged by products purchased on, the customer cannot hold AllThingsSlingshot liable. Customer assumes all costs and risks associated with the installation, use, and purchase of these aftermarket items. It is the customers responsibility to insure the products that are being purchased are compatible with the vehicle make, model, and year. Please note, some of these items may void factory warranties.
